ironic situation.. haha! lynn was here n i only saw her 4 4days (2wkends).. 12hrs workdays r crazy. i kind forgot wat it's like nt 2 b tired. i forgot hw hot it is here cuz i stay in e office n juz cum hm 2 bed. i juz haf 2 work faster i guess. eating alot (or so i tot) bt i'm losing weight. dun un e logic, probably cuz i haf no time 2 finish all tt food. no mre bitching abt life..

did e usual... geylang no signboard n durians, vivo n bugis 4 shopping n mre food! haha! think they gained quite abit of weight on tis trip. food in HK (looking @ e pics, lynn was eating alot!!) e ba ku teh n chicken rice in malacca, n all e durians plus chili crab here... seriously all thanks 2 them i had chilli crabs n durians @ geylang again. i kinda 4got wat's it's like 2 b there. had tis durian "葫芦" which was pretty gd, e sign wrote "吃了会有恋爱的感觉". hmm.. 一粒留连有哪么神奇吗？ if u guys had a try, let mi noe hw u feel.. 恋爱是什么感觉？我一已经不记得了。。。

while bringing them around, i realised i'm nt a s'porean at all.. i still get lost, e aussie is beta wif directions den i am.. gosh, sth nv change. i'm still a rd hazard!!

missing out on dinner @ hilton wif my boss/colleagues cuz i gotta lasik on fri.. gosh.. this place is a heaven 2 get FAT!! every mon we get pizza 4 dinner, corporate dinner so beri often n e birthday cakes/mooncakes etc.. all compliments of e boss. keke! did my stats, average women in my office put on 1.5kg/yr. gotta find sum1 2 marry mi b4 i becum a fatty. otherwise i'm married 2 my co.. sad, so sad!

trying hard nt 2 b sick bt my body wun listen.. so damn bz.. takes mi 3hrs 2 finish my muffin cuz there's so much 2 do. hate e filing, grows an inch a day! EEWWWWW.....

eve agrees 2.. dunno since wen she became mre n mre like him.. as much as she hates tat part of him, she's becuming him. hmm... irony of life. nid 2 get mre slp, din get hm till 3+.. on zombie mode n i'm looking like a panda now..

gosh!!!! wen 2 a doc 4 my stiff neck & aft taking e painkiller i became 1 eye jack. my left eye is swollen shut. all bcuz of a stupid drug allergy.. sucks!! i hope it'll go away tml, crossing my fingers. by e looks of it nw it'll still be swollen tml.. haiz.. i can only open 1/3 of it nw.. mre medication n we'll c how it goes...

haiz.. early mornings n dumb z is a veri veri bad combo. e 1st day of work i got lost in my office.. dun remb where my seat is, had 2 ask 4 directions. tat's funny isn't it?

it gets worse by e day.. i threw my bunch of keys out with e rubbish tis morning. now i can't go hm.. sucks!! how much worse can it get!!!!!! argh... i feels so stupid on my way 2 work..

spent my day being a daddy's (n mummy's) girl.. haha.. lunch shopping den dinner.. met a couple of interesting ppl. seems tat i mit veri interesting ppl everywhere i go... alot mre life stories 4 mi 2 listen 2..

1st my shopping.. i bought another pair of heels (n i juz bought 1 yesterday). so i fulfil e 好事成双 saying.. they r juz so gorgeous. can nv resist them..

den e food. as usual.. mum had 2 go 2 all e places wif famous foodstalls.. we ended up watching her eat cuz mi n dad being practical ppl decided 2 get sth tat can fill our stomach fast.

den e ppl... was having coffee @ chinatown wen this canto speaking uncle aged 85 started talking 2 us.. (as u all noe.. my canto is really bad. dad translated.) old grandpa looked @ mi n said.. i look @ u i think ur body is weak (虚弱). ur "throat" (i think he meant thyroid) is swollen,ur blood is hot(热). (it sounds wierd cuz it's translated directly frm canto.) he held my hand wen he said those words.. hmmm... den he gave me words of wisdom, way 2 get rid of my swollen "throat". a kind grandpa giving a few words of wisdom 2 e younger generation.

met another friendly uncle @ e mall... was chatting den e topic came 2 boyfriends. he told mi 眼光不要放太高。 my reply was 我眼光没有放很高。是我的鞋子很高。 i dun think he un wat i mean..

i haf been told (nt only once) u r so tall, it's intimidating. e 1st part is a compliment, e 2nd part.. errmmmm....... n i wasn't even wearing heels. haiz...

no mre rotting n slacking. gonna start work soon.. i welcome myself 2 e world of endless OT. has been a happy week. i woke up happy everyday despite e fact tat insomia is my best fren n i receive a morning call almost daily.

no mre ladies nite @ st james. gosh! still missing E- Z. hmm.. we'll nid 2 do sth abt tat. i wonder if my cambodia/laos trip will cum true in aug/sept. have faith! they'll come, it juz takes time. need 2 do mre shopping!! keke. there's still a sale n i'll need mre clothes, shoes n everything. (which gal can resist a reason 2 go shopping??)

i'll miss e days of having high tea @ Goodwood park, e days of having lunch by e beach. slacker j0yzz bb..

oh.. my chesse cake din turn out 2 well. chocolate swirl is 2 sweet (ran outta semi sweet so used e normal 1s.) cake is over beaten, (jasmine, we'll nid 2 work on tat!muz control ur enthu mind.) too much eggs (i think), e cake is kinda chewy. but it din crack. finally 1 gd thing i learnt. leave e cake 2 cool in e oven. e next 1 will b beta!

haha... e k, e shopping 4 pressie part, e alcohol, e mac.. gosh! e plan was 2 do dinner wif rest of e guys (PX, YC, SY, Daffy n eve) while ice, dawn n i go k in e aftnoon... we complete e k part w/o any glitch. den we hung out, looked 4 a pressie 4 dawn's dad (did he like it????), n we decided we shld go 4 ONE drink b4 dinner... b4 u noe it.. chicken wings n potato wedges appear.. SY n daffy joined us.. mre drinks.. alot of chatting den jin join us.. haha.. was so much fun.. too bad PX, YC n eve din join us! we muz do tis again k!!

wen sentosa wif daffy today... it was sunny den it rained den it got sunny again! YIPPY!! been mths since i wen 2 e beach.. haha... hung ard her new place. so glad i wen (aft gg i feel like a slob, time 2 clean up my rm).. it's fun hanging out like tat.. i hope i din bored u wif my chattering. really happy 4 u. u look nice wif e haircut. really!!!

cultural shock!

was watching tis show, fat fiancees on discovery. i was so damn shocked by e show. apparently ppl frm tat place (din watch e front bit where they intro the place) exchange their daughter's hand in marriage 4 cows.

b4 getting married e bride 2 b has 2 stay in a fattening hut(tat's wat they call it on e show) for 4 mths. drinking abt 2litres of milk 7 times a day! WTH! e bride muz b respectably fat on e day of her marriage. tis is unimaginable.. aft marriage e gal has 2 continue her milk diet 4 3 mre mths! gosh! tis is really crazy! all e man r skinny as hell but their wifes have 2 b fat. according 2 e women, a man might leave his wife if she's nt fat enuff. in a world where ppl r fighting obesity, they r encouraging it.

tis is wat i call cultural shock! so glad i dun live there. i might drown in all tat milk ( e bride is suppose 2 finish all e milk or get beaten). but den again living there has its pros. they think stretch marks r beautiful (signs of a fat women). if stretch marks r beautiful, cellulite muz b gorgeous!! haha.

hmm...

my fone is officially beyond economical repair. kinda sad. it lived wif mi w/o any problems @ all 4 13mths den it died of a stroke(e motherboard broke). haiz! left mi w/o warning.. kinda a 1st for mi! i lose most of my fone within a yr. finally i stop e habit of losing them, they break down n die. hmm... guess it's juz time 4 it 2 go.

was hanging out wif daffy late last nite. 豆花 @ geylang became drinks @ ice cold beer (w/o makeup n wif slippers!).. nice place 2 chill. music a little 2 loud 4 a chat but it's still a cool place. bartender wif only 1 card trick entertained us.

we had a nice long chat b4 mr bartender starts chatting wif daffy n e guy beside mi started 2 chat wif mi. haha.. b4 we left e guy was gg can i get 2 noe u? i replied no. or rather it was kinda like u already did. haha. was disccussing abt e numerous times i almost ruined e car n e numerous times i lost my license. haha! ppl r always amazed by e fact tat i'm still holding my license n i'm still driving. keke! i'm a brave women! anyway aft we left daffy was like u were so rude. u shld haf told a white lie like i'll b here next week or sth.. n he's pretty good looking. haiz.. i juz felt like being rude. haha! ok! cuz i feel a little bad being mean. e next time a guy says tat 2 mi i promise i'll say ok (if he's cute!) if nt.. it'll b a big fat white lie. haiz! if only he's as cute as Price charming @ HSA...

my latest hobby

lately i develop a habit of doing grocery shopping.. been buying alot of things i like and making food i love(with nice music in e background)..

started wif cheese cake. today it's grilled ham sandwich n apple crumble.. can't wait 4 e slumber party @ eve's.. we'll make a salad, soba wif sashimi den dessert(haben decided wat) hehee.. More trips 2 e suppermarket! keke. baking cookies next week.. making myself FAT!

haiz... hate e weather.. e forecast everyday: sunny day, expect showers in e late afternoons. humidity is @ 90%. (it juz kills mi!)

e whole room is smelling of apples n butter... gg 2 enjoy my apple crumble... yummy~
